Leadership Team
Ricardo B Smith is the Owner and General
Manager. He is a businessman who owns two business Drop
Zone Media and Me-Ting Place Lounge. He has served as the
President of the New Providence Basketball Association (NPBA),
President of the Nassau Paradise Hospitality Basketball
Association (NPHBA) and Director of numerous tournaments
and co-coordinator of many community based leagues. He is
also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Success
Training College. |

Anthony Miller is the Assistant General Manager with responsibility for finance. He is the President of the Belfield Construction Company. He is a former Member of Parliament of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, former Chairman of Bahamas Air, former Chairman of Town Planning, former Vice Chairman of Water and Sewerage. He is a Justice of the Peace. He holds a BA degree in Business Administration.

Small is the
Director of Public Relations and Marketing. She is the owner
of Junkanoo Beat Media, Marketing and Management. She has
supplied stories for all media houses in the Commonwealth
of the Bahamas and International media houses. |

Head Coach Steven Culmer is a veteran basketball player who has been a Bahamian National Team member on several occasions. He has represented the country on many other teams such as the Bahamas Government Departmental Basketball Association All-star Traveling Team, the National Hospitality Basketball Association Team. He is a member of one of the most prestigious basketball clubs in the Bahamas, the Cougars and has played too many teams to mention. He has held coaching responsibilities for a number of teams they are the Cougars junior squads, Crystal Palace Royal Family, Assistant Coach on the National Hospitality Basketball Association Traveling Team which brought the first international victory for this organization defeating Crown College in Bonifacious, Minnesota. He brings strong leadership ability to the team and a wealth of basketball knowledge and experience. He is respected in his country as basketball giant and a humble respectful individual. |

Coach Edley Swain is Director of Planning
and Special Events. He is presently employed with the Bahamas
Telecommunications Company (BTC). He has been involved in
the sport of Basketball for many years and has secured funding
for various sporting events in the Bahamas. |
